At Hapa Kristin, we want you to love your gaze; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, contact lens blister packs must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Pack Securely
Place the unopened lens boxes in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are not crushed during transit.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided return label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location; keep your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
